If at the end of the second renewal, the holder of the Exploration Permit has not been able to finalize its feasibility study for reasons which are justified and verified by the Mining Administration, the Minister may grant an extension for a term not exceeding one year.
If at the end of this extension period, the holder of the Exploration Permit has still not submitted the feasibility study to the Mining Administration, the said Permit shall lapse and be cancelled.
