Article 31: Finder’s Indemnification

If the Operating Permit is issued to any person other than the Finder of the Deposit, the holder of the Permit must pay the latter fair compensation, the amount of which is determined by a private commercial transaction.

The compensation is intended to cover the costs which the Finder effectively incurred for exploration work carried out on the Deposit pursuant to an Exploration Permit.

The Finder cannot rely on this provision unless it has met all of its obligations under this Code.
