A Staking permit confers on its holder the right to carry out staking work of Indications of one or several Mine Substances in all zones classified as either zones that are not closed or not already subject to another Mining Title for the same substance. However, the holder of the Authorisation is required to submit the results of its staking work to the State.
A Staking permit is inalienable.
