Only artisanal operators holding an operation license, collectors and purchasers who are agents of trading houses, may hold, possess and sell diamonds and other Gemstones from Artisanal Operations.
As with diamonds and other Gemstones from zones of Artisanal Operation, diamonds and other Gemstones from Semi-industrial and Industrial Operation companies must go through the official channel recognized by the BNE and/or the BCRG, in accordance with prevailing regulations.
