The holder of an Operating Permit or Concession may use, in accordance with the regulation, for its operation activities and those associated therewith, the building materials which must be felled for the said work to proceed.
The State or, in cases determined by the State, the lawful occupant of the land or the usufructuary, may demand, if applicable, that the holder dispose of any such material not used by the holder under the above outlined conditions.
