Applications for renewal of Exploration Permits, Mining Operation Permits and Mining Concessions must be submitted respectively no less than three (3) months prior to the end of the current term of an Exploration Permit, and no less than six (6) months prior to the end of the current term of the Operating Permit or Mining Concession.
