Relinquishments ratified, for Exploration Permits and mining Operating Permits, by the signature of an order by the Minister, and for Mining Concessions by decree, within a time period no longer than that for the required prior notice. Failing a response from the Minister within this period, the holder of the Mining Title or Authorisation must send a reminder letter to the Minister. Failing a response from the Minister one month from the receipt of such reminder letter, the relinquishment will be deemed ratified.
