In accordance with international conventions, and subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Guinea, all designated persons under Article 15 are guaranteed:
- the right to dispose freely of their property and organize their enterprise;
- the right to hire and fire in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations;
- free access to raw materials;
- freedom of circulation of their personnel and products within the Republic of Guinea;
- the right to import goods and services and any funds necessary for their activities;
- the right to dispose of products on international markets; to export and dispose of products on foreign markets.
