Within the scope of their professional activities, foreign employers and employees are subject to the laws and regulations of the Republic of Guinea without discrimination of any kind as when compared to Guinean nationals.
They may belong to organizations that provide professional defense within the framework of the laws and regulations of the Republic of Guinea, and be represented therein under the same conditions as enterprises and individuals of Guinean nationality.
