Any holder of a Mining Title Permit or Authorisation, unless it resides in the Republic of Guinea, must elect domicile and have a representative in Guinea, whose identity and qualifications of which must be communicated to the Mining Administration. The agent so appointed must have sufficient knowledge of the activities undertaken in order to provide the Administration with all the required information.
