Article 134: Obligation to Declare

Any person, whether an individual or a legal entity, who identifies deposits or indications of Radioactive Substances must immediately notify the National Mining Authority of same.

Any holder of Radioactive Substances shall immediately declare it to the National Mining Authority.

Any transaction that results or may result in a transfer of ownership or possession or the processing of radioactive substances and import of these substances is subject to the prior approval of the Minister in charge of Mines.
