Subject to the provisions of Article 217 of this Code all provisions contrary to the provisions of this Code are repealed, including those contained in Act L/95/036/CTRN of 30 June 1995 relating to the Mining Code of the Republic of Guinea and Act L/93/025/CTRN of 10 June 1993 relating to the artisanal operation and marketing of diamonds and Gems.
