Documents and information collected under Article 194 above shall not be made public or disclosed to third parties by the Mining Administration without the express permission of the author of the works, until the expiry of a period of three (3) years from the date on which they were obtained.
For work performed on river or stream beds, information regarding navigational safety immediately falls within the public domain, notwithstanding the above paragraph of this Article.
