The National Mining Authority and the National Geological Authority shall have a right to access all samplings, underground structures and excavation works during or after their execution and irrespective of their depth, and can require the submission of any samples or geological, geotechnical, Hydraulic, hydrographic, topographical, chemical, mining or commercial information.
