Air Blower

A mechanical device that moves large volumes of air at relatively low pressure to provide ventilation, aeration, or process gas supply in mining and mineral processing operations. In underground mines, air blowers supply fresh air to working areas. In alumina and gold processing, blowers provide aeration in leach tanks and maintain airflow through pollution control equipment including baghouses and dust collection systems.
