Ball Mill Circuit
The complete process system incorporating a ball mill and associated equipment for grinding ore to target particle size. A typical circuit includes a ball mill, classifying cyclones or screens, slurry pumps, and instrumentation for controlling grind size, throughput, and water addition. Circuits may be open or closed. Closed circuits recirculate coarse material for regrinding, improving energy efficiency and product consistency in gold, iron ore, and bauxite processing plants.
