Blast Monitoring System

The integrated instrumentation network, data acquisition, and reporting platform used to continuously measure and record blast-induced ground vibration, airblast, and other effects at mine sites. Systems include seismograph units at fixed and portable locations, real-time data transmission, automated limit checking, and incident reporting tools. Blast monitoring systems support regulatory compliance, blast optimisation, and community relations. In large mines near populated areas, sophisticated monitoring systems with multiple sensor locations are required to demonstrate blast compliance across all sensitive receptor locations.
